Cupping massage is generally not painful. You may feel mild suction or tightness as the cups draw the skin upward, but it’s a comfortable and relaxing experience. Some redness may appear temporarily due to increased blood flow — a natural sign of healing.

Unlike Hijama (wet cupping), Cupping Massage is completely non-invasive and does not involve blood extraction. It focuses on relaxation, muscle recovery, and improving circulation.

For general wellness, once every 2–4 weeks is ideal. However, if you’re addressing chronic pain or muscle tightness, weekly sessions may be recommended initially.
